Brad recently joined up with the greens, after deciding labour
was a no go. At his first meeting he went to, there were about
9 people. Things that he told me about the meeting

B: there was one hot chick there, who wasnt even hippy

B: at the end of the meeting, the person taking the meeting,
said "id like a call an end to the meeting, so I can roll a joint"
there were joints rolled, but he declined offers to smoke one.

Suprisingly not much was achieved :)

Although i heard brunatex didnt appear in in ripitup due
to some mixup, hope this helps. Thus far

1. Holding a Brunatex A2 poster on currie st, like a billboard
whilst waiting for Tanya to pick up the posters.

2. And plastering my window, with a rasterated ad.



I might shine a 1000W light after the sun sets., backlighting it
would make it stand out wicked.

I wonder how much i should charge for this space :)

If such an invention was possible, i think it would be as popular
as vitamin C. People have a need to exercise a certain degree
of control over other people, and their ability to see the "other
side" of a discussion is diminished, this phemoneon seems to increase
as their age increases. The chill pill would cause the person to relax,
laugh a bit more and be open to new ideas. Perhaps this is what other
drugs already do. I certainly needed one yesterday for some reason,
oh well ill wait for someone to invent a legal version and distribute :)

At work we have a report passing around that people are checking.
The first person who checked what i did, wrote a comment in
reference to a number "why so high ?". So they didnt check it they
just asked the question. The next person who checked it wrote next
to this comment "Brad ? " . As in Brad you should check this. Then
it came to me to check. I also wrote "Brad ?". Now Brad has the
document to check. The comment reads "why so high? brad ? brad ?".
Ha ha ha. Handballed 3 times !

Seems like that poker challenge thing backfired, it was suppose
to stir some competitive juices etc. But instead I was branded a
pig, and thought to be sexist, which were undestandable.
I thought the girls were less interested and less competitive,
so that was the rationale. And it would be nice to improve our
poker skills as much as foos. Oh well :) I can only laugh,
if nothing else, good to see it did stir some conversation and
some posts.

People's entries are so hit an miss, i just went reading through
everyones recent posts. For it to be a good anectode, you
really have to get a feel for the character. I like nai's
alex soccer posts, best post last week was the
"the birdman who became a panther" how good is the title.

If you want something, youve got to work towards it, typically
unless your very lucky, if you put little or no effort you
dont get whatever it is you want. However the opposite axiom
to this is that if you want it too much, and you become tense
,restless and impatient, you will fail. It is finding that
balance which is the trick.

Sometimes i struggle with that balance, but i think im getting
there. Most of the time i dont try too hard. Like last night
I got home, and said ok im going to work on some script. Paul
called me, a minute later i was carrying a $20kg bowl of
coins out the door.

Funny thing was on friday night jon, got to poker late, and spent
3 hours bored and telling ppl to increase the blinds. Sunday
night paul gets there late, poker cant start till we get there,
Jon gets knocked out quickly. Karma.

Double session of poker this weekend. Grayte thing is, apart
from coming $40 - $50 up. Some of that was won by virtue of
stupid side games, but fun none the less.

Also I didnt spend any money the entire weekend !
But unfortunately I have to spend $1500 to fix my
car which is unable to go in reverse. Whilst driving only in
forwards seems possible, parking becomes a logistical nightmare.

Perhaps the poker fad will die soon, but i think
the girls have the most potential to improve.

Challenge - first girl to win a heads up game ($6+) with at
least 5 ppl and im one of them. Ill buy them dinner at any
restaurant they want or they can have a $50 alphutte voucher,
after all dinner with me is hardly a prize.

Most likely no one will care enough to even be interested in
the challenge, but there you go thats probably why you wont
win. May be im trying to stir some competitive juices.

paul will probably try and dress up as a girl, but i think
his 6"5 height might be a giveaway.
