What do we carry in excess but can't shed ?

weight.

ok i made that riddle up just then, thats why its pretty lame.
Lame is such a lame word, thats why its quite appropriate.
In fact i reckon lame will get a resurgence, considering 80s
fashion is back.

Anyway, people talk about the need to lose weight, the people i know
who talk about it dont even need to. Ok so they read magazines, and
people tell them that they should be thin, and they believe it.
Thats the first problem.

Exercise is good, healthy body - healthy mind etc., but i dont
see wat the point of going on no carb, hare krishna, japanese,
supersize or any other diet is.

Good food is in fact, great. I walked out in the rain the other day
to get tom yum soup. Went to cafe michael, the waitress shut the
door on the me, apparently closing. Red rock was shut as well. Went
to spices, i know the chef there, gave me free tom yum soup.
Free food, yess !!!

Anyway if ppl insist on going on a diet and cant be bothered getting
any exercise, here is the rk diet.

1. Eat less chocolate, dont snack on chocolate on your spare time. Chocolate
is fattening, if your not prepared to do exercise dont eat it.
2. chips are as bad as chocolate, and arent even that tasty, may as well
eat chocolate,see 1.
3. Western food, steak & vegetables etc although can be healthy
lead to you being fat, how many fat people in western society vs
fat asian people do you know. Eat what skinny people do, eat what
asians do. Im not asking you to eat what african people, coz they
dont eat and they run lots.
4. the asian diet - eat spicy food. I mean food that makes you sweat.
If your not prepared to run, eat food that simulates running. I had
hot chicken rice for lunch, i was dripping in sweat, was like i
ran 1km, and this was whilst eating. Eat SPICY food. Chillis increase
metabolism as well.
5. Bananas or other fruits are good snack foods, healthy and tasty.
Eat lots of bananas. See how many bananas you can eat in one day,
and then try and beat it the next day!
6. Get exercise in your work day, if you can catch a lift, walk.
If you can walk run. Run around in the office, whilst people will
think your crazy, it will seem like your really busy and working
hard, which can score points with your boss.
7. Paris hilton isnt good looking, shes a tramp, dont waste your
time looking like her.

Back to work, the boss was standing right behind me and
yelled, coz i had my headphones on. Wheres brad when i need him,
slacker is still sick.

And then you go on to recommend that people eat lots and lots of bananas, which is really pretty stupid, if I ate that many bananas, I would be a fatty.

I mean, bananas are definitely very very good for you, infact they are said to contain everything a human needs and they contain all the 8 amino-acids our body cannot produce itself, but..

So a banana takes at least the same amount of exercise to burn off as a flake.
 
and another thing rk...
do you think the fact that 'asians' tend to be 'skinnier' might have something to do with genetics and not just what they eat ? eg. samoans arent all big mo fo's because of what they eat - they are just genetically solid
